Tisztelettel kérjük Önöket, hogy az Átigazolási lap, Igazolási lap, Nyilvántartásba vétel igénylőlap, Versenyengedély kérő lap, Sportigazolvány csere összesítő lap, illetve a Sportolói nyilatkozat kitöltésekor a MATESZ weboldalán található nyomtatványokat használják, a Használati útmutató az új nyomtatványokhoz fájl alapján.
